1. Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use

By registering an account or using any part of the xmalay1 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the xmalay1 platform.

These terms apply to all platform users including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing our services via web browser, mobile app, or other means. Continued use of the xmalay1 platform after any term changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The xmalay1 platform is for individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements. By using this platform, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.

2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each user is allowed only one active account on xmalay1. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts without prior notice. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their login credentials, including username and password. xmalay1 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence in safeguarding their accounts.

Users agree not to engage in the following while using the xmalay1 platform:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or platform use.
  • Using someone else’s account or sharing login credentials with third parties.
  • Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Engaging in any activities that compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the xmalay1 system.
  • Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.

3. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the xmalay1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposited funds belong to them and come from legitimate sources. xmalay1 reserves the right to reject or delay any transactions suspected of fraud or violating platform policies.

Deposit transactions are usually processed instantly or within the timeframe determined by the chosen payment method. For withdrawals, users must complete identity verification (KYC) before requests can be processed. xmalay1 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests if suspicious activity is detected or withdrawal conditions are not met.

In the event of any transaction disputes, users must contact xmalay1 support within thirty (30) days from the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed.

Xmalay1 does not charge any hidden fees on standard deposit transactions. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing fees beyond xmalay1’s control.

4. Liability Limits, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

Xmalay1 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruptions. The maximum liability of xmalay1 to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

Xmalay1 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice in cases of term violations, suspected fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or upon request from relevant authorities. Legitimate funds in accounts closed due to term violations may be subject to seizure depending on the nature of the breach.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements on the xmalay1 platform are the exclusive property of xmalay1 or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission from xmalay1.

5. Third-Party Links, Term Changes, and Legal Matters

Third-Party Links and Services

The xmalay1 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. xmalay1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk and subject to their own terms and conditions.

Changes to These Terms

Xmalay1 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through discussion between both parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
